I arrived shortly after the stated opening time of 8:30am to collect a parcel, only to be told by a staff member to come back after 9:00am because he was “doing something.” There were no other customers waiting, so it was unclear why service couldn’t be provided. Opening hours should reflect when customers can actually be served. If staff are unavailable until later, the posted times need to be updated accordingly. This was inconvenient and felt unprofessional.
- ESElle SilverMar 31, 20261.0This place scares me, I have never seen people working like this. They printed a sticker with no data on it (it was supposed to be an important shipment sent abroad). They suggested writing the details by hand, saying they were given such a sticker!? I said, can you not see that there is no data, that a new one is needed, they do not comprehend, do not understand, like people from another planet, a pathetic place, incomprehensible how it even exists with such employees who cannot manage in life and where they come from, unpleasant service, a big shame for this place.

*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)
Please do not enclose cash. Full instructions can be found on the cheque deposit envelope.
Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
