I first visited seven months ago and was impressed with this branch. However, I revisited today and was served by the same member of staff. First time I was served by her she was, lovely, friendly and thorough. This time she was rude, unhelpful and generally tried to be awkward. Also she had been gossiping to a aquatance of one of her friends (Karen). Karen was ill with Corona apparently. But she's a lovely person (apparently). Not that we wanted to know! Her colleague was clearly frustrated that she was gossiping and keeping customers waiting. The queue built up, all because we had to learn about Karen! In short, a bad experience caused by one member of staff being too concerned with hyperbole and not her work, plus her general attitude.
