Fantastic post office. I can always rely on then to take my pre-paid parcels when other local shops refuse. Very friendly. Always willing to help where they can.

They are amazing whenever I go in store, May is always smiling and willing to help with anything, having a business next door it is so convenient and the fact that you recieve a smile when you walk in makes it so much more enjoyable to return

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and it’s the best post office I’ve ever used. The lady is always really friendly and there’s never a queue. Highly recommend

Rude staff.. tried this post office a few times and the lady behind the counter is always grumpy, unhelpful and scoffs with disdain.
Plenty of other post offices so this will be the last time I have used them.

Took a small parcel which was pre paid online. Price paid was for a parcel upto 5kg. My parcel was 3kg. The lady behind the post office counter was clearly disappointed that I had already purchased the postage online. She then claimed after scanning that I had purchased the wrong weight which is nonsense. She refused to take the parcel. I took it to another post office 5 mins away who scanned and processed it immediately. It very clear that they don’t like taking prepaid parcels, obviously they can paid less for processing these from the post office. An official complaint has been raised with head office.
