She is always friendly, approachable, and genuinely warm, making everyone feel welcome. Not only is she personable, but she is also incredibly thorough and efficient with her work, ensuring that everything is handled smoothly and accurately. It’s always a pleasure to visit and she definitely makes going to the post office an enjoyable experience, even for my daughter. To get an evri contract you commit to evri hours as that is their selling point but this place doesn’t do any evri collections or drop offs before 9am or after 5pm despite the shop being open! Just stick to the post office if you don’t want to provide an evri service?

Purposefully chose a quiet time to do my cash bank deposit, she was helpful with an issue and happily answered questions on opening times while doing her job. PO open 9-5pm Mon-Fri and 9-1pm on Sat only. Also noted they process parcels for lots of companies like Evri, DPD, DHL, Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
