He asked where is the parcel from, I said John lewis..showed my ID..then he insisted I find out who the sender is ..I showed him the invoice..he rudely then sent me to another colleague to verify my id. The parcel was in my husband's name ...and he wanted to see my husband's ID. I told him i never had such an experience and this is not first time I am collecting a parcel. He arrogantly responded and said he has worked for Post Office for 5 years and I responded I work for NHS..and he said so what. I said exactly the point..how does it matter.. He again sent me to another colleague..verified my husband's ID on my phone and gave me my parcel after 20 to 25 min.. Question..why could he not use any QR code to scan???

- JCJordan CSep 2, 20191.0I avoid this post office and shop as much as I can. Rude staff who don't even acknowledge your there, always on the phone. I once went in to get gas top up and when I put it in my card reader, the money wasn't on there. I then had the hassle of ringing British gas and waiting for them to put the credit on but I had to top my card up a few times before I got the money. Such aggravation. Too busy on the phone to concentrate on what he was doing. I've been warned a few times by various different people of the cash machine outside the shop aswell so I always withdraw money from inside at the post office if I'm really desperate.
