My sister and my ustadah (‘mosque teacher) had problems here and If you would like to know then I will. I’ll tell you fast but I do wish the post office would be as well. When my sister went there was this Asian lady and she claimed she didn’t have her parcel but it right at the back in front of her eyes this is absolutely ridiculous. The previous guy was great, but the current lady is extremely slow and seems unsure how to handle parcel collections. She even dropped my expensive parcel on the floor in front of me and expected me to pick it up myself. Really disappointing experience – management seriously needs to improve. Would give zero stars if i could. Also, the timings online are wrong.
