- LRLouisa RyrieAug 4, 20261.0The man who works in here is rude and awful. Prefer to go completely out of my way to see different branch. Please avoid this branch at all costs. It's the only bad post office I've ever used. Once had a parcel that was taken there and no card had been left. The email I received said I didn't need one, just the email and ID. I took both passport and driving licence, and 4 forms of address proof including the deeds to my house proving I (the person on both photo ids) lived at that address (same address as on the photo ids) he said I needed the card that they hadn't left. I showed him the email saying I didn't need the card and he still refused to give me the parcel we could both see behind him. The item was a rare and fragile item that had already been lost once and was irreplaceable. I had to take extra time on my lunch the following day to contact sender to send their copy of consignment barcode, and had to leave work early to get to the post office again before closing; having to work back this time and my longer lunch the following day. When I got there with more paperwork HE LAUGHED and said he had googled it after I'd gone and he could have given me the parcel after all. I can see why they need the protective glass when I have the misfortune to use this post office!!!!

- PBPaul BrightmanJun 19, 20261.0Do not go to this post office You have been warned. My staff gave over a small rain cover and was charged £22.95 to post second class. When the staff member returned to my showroom just across the road and I see the cost I told him to go back and get a full refund, he returned to the post office within 5 minutes to be told there’s no refunds. When I approached the fella he told me we don’t do refunds because the van as been and collected. Strange within 5 minutes. We have since posted many of the same in Romford town centre at £12 Rip off
