I was served by Jayshree who was very friendly and helpful. She sorted out my travel money and also offered me options around life insurance which I will be following up on. Great service!

I attended this terrible post office today at 15/05/2024 at 13:25 .I have been "served" by a moody rude "lady" called Sue dark skinned. So I wanted to top up mu electricity and she was bored to do her job not smiley at all with angry face and attitude she told me : u cant do it here but i have already paid with my debit card. I responded to her that I always do my top up there and she was giving me dirty look and she was insisting that I can't still do my top up at post office. Finally she made it and she was too slow. I don't wish this terrible experience to no one ! Whenever I go to this post office I'm always polite and I don't tolerate rude attitude and dirty looks. She is just an employee there she doesn't own the place! If she has a problem with immigrants like me she should check herself first. She is an immigrant herself ! She was repeating every word that I was saying with attitude like she was making fun of mu accent. Do in her country speak more proper English? I don't think so . If she bored to do her job so she shall leave and someone with manners and good attitude should replace her ASAP !! I WANT TO SPEAK WITH HER MANAGER ASAP . ALL THE INDIAN LADIES IN THIS POST OFFICE ARE ALWAYS RUDE and provocative. I don't know how many times I ve been served poorly with attitude. They are never willing to do their jobs. ALWAYS TRYING TO FIND EXCUSES ABOYT MY PARCELS OR NOT TO PAY MY BILLS. UNACCEPTABLE IN UK 2024 !!!!! DISAPPOINTING! There's only one white English lady behind the desk who's good and happy to serve you , so credits to her !

Never had any issues with this post office until today. A guy named John served me. I could hardly hear a word he was saying as he was just mumbling and THEN after telling him that it was computer parts in the parcel he chucked my package in the bag instead of putting it in there normally. So if anything comes back saying it’s broken I will defiantly be explaining why.

Used this post office for two years, only due to convenience of location. Never had a nice visit. Extremely rude staff and awful manager.
