- MMMariyam6 days ago2.0Ok the people who work not in the post office bit but the shop are very kind. But the people that work at the physical post office do not litsen or do there jobs properly. Ive had to return parcels 3 times. 2 of the times they refused to scan my barcode and sent me to get it printed out. (Even though other post offices were completely fine for scanning the barcode) and the 3rd time is where i lost it. I went to return a parcel and i clearly told the lady to scan both barcodes so i can get refunded on both items. She claimed she did, she did not. So because of her lies and foolish mistakes I am not getting refunded on 2 of my items because of her not doing her job.

She and her colleague were both dealing with her colleague's customer. He'd come to collect two parcels, whilst the one read off the item number, the other who should have been serving me; searched for the item. So why say "Next"? Anyhow, l am at a stage in my life where l've learnt to choose my battles ........
