On 11 July at 3:18pm, a woman was being very rude about my question and didnt help me whatsoever, seems like she had an accent and couldnt understand what i was trying to say so she just cut the call and said ‘ok’ and ended it. At least have some workers that understand english for a good customer service. Very bad service.

While there can be a queue occasionally, the two wonderful ladies at the counter are always so pleasant, and the gentleman with glasses is incredibly polite and professional. One time, my cousin left his bank card there and the gentleman with glasses returned the card back to my cousin after work. If you don't call it nice and I don't know what it calls. My experiences are consistently positive!
