I've been a loyal customer of Collier Row Post Office for ages, and honestly, I'm puzzled by any negative feedback! While there can be a queue occasionally, the two wonderful ladies at the counter are always so pleasant, and the gentleman with glasses is incredibly polite and professional. One time, my cousin left his bank card there and the gentleman with glasses returned the card back to my cousin after work. If you don't call it nice and I don't know what it calls. My experiences are consistently positive!

Amazon is never “working”, but if you go down to any other post office it’s always working. Long queues and poor service

The worst, the most ugly and disgusting post office which I ever saw. One star is way too much. Customer service is also horrible, they have so much mess and they constantly cannot find parcel. Zero quality
