People who come in are from all walks of life being situated in such a diverse area, customers from different backgrounds, different accents and with different expectations etc. I don't envy their jobs. Despite these challenges, they do an efficient job in keeping the queue moving. Sometimes, I see the elderly might need a little bit more assistance, or just want a person to chat to for a minute and that's okay. The customers can also help by complying to some of the rules set in place for everyone's benefit.
