2 weeks ago the post office was open to 6 , went there just now no explanation, just post office shuts at 5, a year ago it was 6:30 . No signs no nothing to say it was going to be early , while I was there another customer came it to use post office, this would never have happened under the previous owners . Who actually cared about there customers .

Never had any problems here, owners have always been nice and helpful, they know me now and a couple of times ive been a bit short on change and theyve told me no worries next time. Shocked to see how many 1 stars reviews there are. Whole shop was revamped under the new owners and its much more spacious and brighter. air con in the summer is a plus.

Since the shop has changed owners
The new ones are rude and unhelpful.
No please or thank you or manners at all.
I’ve been sold rotting potatoes and carrots. Chocolate that is grey from mould and gone off.
They shout and argue with you when you complain and ask for refund or exchange.
They make me feel uncomfortable and I’m not the only local person who feels like this.
We miss the old owners so much.
I only use this shop for the post office as I refuse to give them my custom anymore.

Came at 17:15 to collect a parcel he’s saying post office is closed although says open till 18:00. Asked him when is it open the answer was “Tomorrow”. Left work early to collect a parcel that I need. Complete disgrace

Really disappointed in the way this is run now. The staff are unhelpful to the point of rudeness. I'm not completely confident that my small package actually left there, as it was put separately on a shelf and a week later still hasn't reached it's destination .I shall avoid this experience in future.
