Went in last week (Feb 2026), met the staff and had a nice chat. Needed to send my passports off, friendly and good service. Please use them, instead of the money laundering operations that are setting up all over the place. Genuine local businesses are struggling to meet the costs and red tape of this government so they need your support. They even stock my cats favourite food.

Always very rude 'customer service' from the old guy at the post office that works here. Never says hello or smiles. Will talk over you to talk to some other person standing outside the store. Looks at you like you're something on the bottom of his shoe. Post office service needs to be removed from this store as clearly the staff hate operating it.

Must admit to finding the post office side of it very disappointing, used it twice with prepaid items to be sent, and both times was made to fill unwelcome and asked bluntly what the parcels had inside them, it reminded me of when you go into that little village pub, out in the middle of nowhere that you've never been in before, and as soon as you enter the whole of the pub stops talking and turns to look at you, as if you were an alien 😀 we've all been right?
