Went in last week (Feb 2026), met the staff and had a nice chat. Needed to send my passports off, friendly and good service. Please use them, instead of the money laundering operations that are setting up all over the place. Genuine local businesses are struggling to meet the costs and red tape of this government so they need your support. They even stock my cats favourite food.

I have been going to this post office since I moved to Rayleigh 2 years ago, I have never felt so unwelcome. I agree that there are rude. I was served today by an elderly lady today 23/4/25 around 5ish she was very rude, did not have the decency to acknowledge me. After serving the customer in front of me chatting away, she coldly turned towards me and I gave her my bar code for the parcel. She picked it up and handed it over with out a word. It’s shocking that people who are suppose to be polite are so rude. I wish I had a better one close to me. The behaviour is shocking. I guess they have gotten with it for so long that it’s the norm. What a shame

Really rude! I took an Amazon parcel back which I packaged in its Amazon packaging. They asked me to take it out which I did. I asked if they had a bin I could put the packaging in (was an A4 card packet). He said stick it in your own bin, why should you use my bin! I’d asked nicely. And he could’ve politely said no. There was a bin outside that he could’ve pointed me to. I’d never exchange any money with this shop.
