Useless..... I have 3 packages from Amazon delivered to hear and 3 emails confirming it.... I said to to unhelpful Ower I'm here to collect three parcels from Amazon unless they have put items into one box..... So he looks to find 1 box but it's way to light weight to contain all items so I ask can you re look to see to see if there is another package or two.... Then I'm asked my name again.. ( not been asked for I'd or email proof ) so has a look on floor and says no only 1 parcel... So then I said do you want the codes numbers as from the emails I have NOOO only have one parcel.... Hope my remaining parcels turn up then. Also you shop door display is so so so wrong with opening hours your one post office that does need to be shut down for good....... Basically 1 star is pushing it I'd prefer half a star.... Totally useless.....

Over the years I have witnessed the slow decline of this shop. The clerks are inattentive and are consistently on the phone when dealing with customers. I have been increasingly concerned with the amount of personal data that is accidentally being shared though these conversations. They have gotten lazy and slow with their customer service, queues are getting longer. Really disappointed when I have seen them overcharge customers for postage, despite clear online policies that contradict what the clerks are saying.

Terrible post office, handed post in that I needed to return to a company within a certain amount of time. Took 2 weeks for parcel to even leave this store and by the time it arrived it was too late to receive my money back on the product I returned.
