- AВадим ТопишкоJul 22, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable service. The staff seem to pick and choose which parcels they want to accept instead of simply doing their job. Every time a parcel is a bit heavy, they complain, make excuses, and try to avoid accepting it, even though it is well within the official weight limit. Customers should not have to argue just to post a parcel that fully complies with the rules. If your job is to accept parcels, then you should accept them regardless of whether they are light or heavy. This Post Office provides very poor customer service and makes customers feel like they are asking for a favour instead of using a paid service. I hope management looks into this because the staff’s attitude is completely unprofessional.
