I tried to explain to her that I'm returning only one item and here's the receipt for that, and that the image on the package is not relevant and is for presentation only and it doesn't mean that it's what supposed to be in the box. And then I told her that if the items are not returned fully, then I'm not getting the refund and it's my problem - not hers. And I took my stuff and left.

During my visit, I was spoken to in an extremely disrespectful and aggressive manner by Mr. Steve Child. I left feeling verbally abused, singled out, and deeply uncomfortable. As a business owner, the way he questioned my integrity felt discriminatory and completely unprovoked. I raised this with the manager, who apologised on his behalf, but unfortunately nothing further was done, and I left feeling shaken and unsupported. No customer should ever be made to feel this way, and I would not recommend being served by this individual. My experience today has left me genuinely hurt, disappointed, and questioning whether I can continue using this branch after so many years of loyalty.
