- JKJatinder KaurApr 21, 20261.0I am very disappointed with the service. I sent a courier to Leicester with the correct address clearly mentioned, yet it was returned to me without delivery. I don’t understand how this could happen. Additionally, the staff member handling the situation seemed uninterested and unhelpful. This kind of careless behaviour is unacceptable, especially when customers rely on your service for timely and accurate deliveries. I expect a proper explanation and improvement in service going forward.

In contrast, Sardaji is a 5‑star gentleman. I would have given a much lower rating if it weren’t for his excellent service. The late postmaster, Uncle Abbas Kavi—who was a close friend of my late parents—also delivered true 5‑star service. I’ve lived in Seven Kings for nearly 45 years, and respecting fellow human beings goes a long way. I hope the lady can do better next time, or the Post Office should consider retraining. The overall rating is 2.2 from 101 reviews, which speaks for itself. This is not first time I or my family members experience this. We have no choice as this local Post office. Your custom value if you have large delivery order I guess.
