Unfortunately, the staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful I was made to feel very uncomfortable, especially as I had my baby with me. There was no understanding or basic courtesy shown towards me as a custome. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a Post Office. Staff should treat customers with respect and professionalism. Very disappointing and I would not want to visit this branch again.
