The old man staff told me not to use the shop address ( it was the option for shop to choose to collect the parcel) i tried to explain to him but he not try to understand so i dont know did he know how to work or just know how to argue with customers but never mind no more for this shop AVOID 👎👎

That’s because you don’t care. It tells about your education”. I don’t know why he felt the need to say that to me. Irony is that there was a notice on the counter which said that “we don’t tolerate rude or abusive behaviour”

They slag off customers in their own language but don’t realise that sometimes we speak the same language and know exactly how derogatory they’re being about us. Literally only use this establishment for returning parcels otherwise I wouldn’t bother giving them my business.
