They slag off customers in their own language but don’t realise that sometimes we speak the same language and know exactly how derogatory they’re being about us. Literally only use this establishment for returning parcels otherwise I wouldn’t bother giving them my business.

Misinformation costs others time and to happen on many occasions makes the service less profitable for post office themselves.
