- SPShivani PopatSep 19, 20261.0Very disappointed with the customer service and attitude of the staff at this branch. I have now experienced two separate issues with the same staff member. Previously, an Amazon delivery was misplaced and, after a lot of back-and-forth, I eventually had to collect it from the Post Office, with no acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience. This time, I paid for a letter to be sent to the US after it was weighed, but it appears the postage was not applied before it was put into the post box. The letter has now been returned to me as “underpaid”, with an additional charge, and my festival wishes never reached my cousin. What is most frustrating is that when I raised the issue, the staff member was unwilling to listen or acknowledge the possibility of a mistake. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to take responsibility or even apologise is extremely disappointing. I hope the branch management addresses this.

- SSsirchSep 4, 20261.0I’ve been using this Post Office for over 20 years and after today, I’ve finally decided it’s time to say something. In all those years, I can honestly say that almost every interaction with the owner has been unpleasant. Whether collecting travel money or simply posting a parcel, the attitude is consistently rude, dismissive and unwelcoming. Going into this place has become something I genuinely dread. Today summed it up perfectly. I greeted him and was completely ignored. I then politely asked if I could take a photo of my parcel as proof of postage. Instead of responding with basic courtesy, he took the parcel and quite literally threw it on the floor. Customers are not an inconvenience. We are the reason you have a business. After more than two decades of putting up with this attitude, I’ve had enough. There comes a point when perhaps it’s time to hang up the hat and retire. Until then, you’ve lost my custom. I’ll be taking my business somewhere where customers are treated with the basic respect and courtesy they deserve.

When I come into the shop to return something, they start shouting at me saying it’s not open (even though, it says they’re open) but when a pretty white woman comes in, they open it up and start speaking nicely to her. Actual vile customer service. I’d rather get no refund than return to this joke of a place. I completely understand why it has a 1* rating 😂
