Google clearly states that the Post Office is open until 5:30 pm on Mondays, yet I arrived at approximately 3:00 pm and was told that the Post Office was already closed. If the opening hours have changed or the Post Office routinely closes earlier, then the information online needs to be updated accordingly. People rely on the published opening hours when planning their day, and travelling there only to discover that it is closed more than two hours earlier than advertised is a complete waste of time. Please keep your opening hours accurate and up to date so customers are not making unnecessary journeys.
