- SSSanaJan 19, 20261.0Today I visited the post office around 12:00 PM to collect a parcel. There was an older lady at the counter (she appeared to be Indian or Sri Lankan). Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about my parcel and showed my ID, she harshly demanded my husband’s ID as well and spoke in a very disrespectful manner. She was not only rude to me but also behaved badly with other customers present at that time. I felt very uncomfortable due to her tone and attitude. However, when I returned about an hour later with all the required IDs, there was a different staff member at the counter. She was younger, wearing a red shirt, and her behavior was completely opposite. She was polite, helpful, and professional, which made the process smooth and pleasant. Staff behavior makes a big difference in customer experience. I hope the management looks into this issue and provides proper customer service training to the staff member who behaved rudely.

Staff seemed fed up to the point they printed the stickers and told me to put it on my package for then ask me to hand the box over in the end. Seemed bizzare - I felt like I worked there! Never going back there. Waste of time.
