I am extremely disappointed with this post office. An older gentleman who is there Monday to Friday, all day, advised me when collecting parcels to stop using Evri and choose a different delivery provider. He is extremely rude! Since then, the last two parcels sent through Evri have been marked and returned to the sender within about an hour of arriving.
It feels as though parcels are being sent back simply because staff do not want to handle them. This is unacceptable and very frustrating, especially when I am expecting important deliveries.
I have also heard similar complaints from other people. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this post office if possible.

Terrible customer service. The guy behind the counter glanced at my box and quickly nodded to his colleague who then proceeded to tell me the box was too big to be collected by DPD. There was no evidence or real reason given to why DPD would not collect the box which was of medium size. They clearly did not want the effort of taking a very light, medium sized item. This store should not be listed as a drop off point when they can clearly pick and choose what they want to take.
