After researching I feel they’ve just taken my money and wasted my time as what they said doesn’t seem to be correct. The worker also made unnecessary rude comments making the whole experience uncomfortable.

- FFFarzana FarihaJan 8, 20261.01 Star – Extremely Unprofessional and Discriminatory Service I had a very unpleasant experience at this Post Office on 6/01/25 and 8/01/25 while trying to complete a DBS ID verification. On my first visit, a male staff member Muhammed Mashadi was rude and dismissive, making unnecessary comments about me “coming so late” and questioning who even comes at that time. He then gave me incorrect information about the service hours. When I returned within the timeframe I was told, I was refused service and given a different time window, with no apology for the misinformation. When I asked for confirmation that the service wasn’t available, the same staff member instructed a female colleague not to help me, saying she would be “sacked” if she did. The behaviour was intimidating, unprofessional, and felt discriminatory. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and judging by other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. I would strongly advise others to avoid this branch if they expect basic respect or professionalism. I've attached photos of the incident to show his appalling attitude and behaviour towards a customer who had simply asked for a service.
