- ARAndrew RhodesSep 30, 20261.0Went in there a few days ago to post a few envelopes that weren’t ready in time for my delivery man. I run a business and need to ensure I send deliveries same day so went to this Post Office as open till later than my usual one. When scanning my 10 envelopes, 3 of them did not show up on the receipt. I knew exactly which ones they were so requested for them to be rescanned only to be told not to come back again as I had too much. The reason why I had requested this is because the previous week, when I used this post Office they left my parcels sitting there for 4 days before handing them over for collection and one of them that didn’t scan is still showing “dropped off” so they probably purposely did not scan it so they could keep it. They are meant to be a running a business and turning away customers. 10 envelopes is hardly a lot. The old guy in glasses (Muhammed) said that they don’t earn any money from it and was lucky that he was doing a favour. The girl that was there as well was equally as rude. Luckily I have their behaviour recorded and I have reported this Post Office to Royal Mail Head Office and would urge anyone with any issues to do the same, judging by majority of the other reviews, they need to be closed down.

He told me the other day my Evri parcel wasn’t there after checking my partners driving license and putting the name in his system. I told him I think you’ve put the wrong spelling and to check the passport again. He rolled his eyes and said I know how to read. I said please check again. He was wrong and told me he put the spelling in the system wrong as I had told him. No apology and just huffed when he went to go and get my parcel. How are you pudding at me when you were in the wrong? Weird place. Older guy and lady are quite hostile and need a lesson in customer service frankly. You may have been in the post office for a long time but that doesn’t mean you don’t need to be polite to people and be professional!
