I went to pick up a parcel.
After queuing for 20 minutes outside in the extreme heat finally got inside, the guy serving
Couldn’t find my parcel, not suprised the place is an absolute mess, parcels everywhere all over the floor and on the counters.
After 10 minutes of looking he said he would take my number and phone me when he had found it.
To date no phone call, no parcel.
Absolutely the worst post office service I have ever come across.

I do not know who hired the employee working there, but every time I go to collect a parcel, he is unable to find it. The same situation happened again this past Saturday. I came with my 8-month-old child in a stroller, and I am also pregnant. It is impossible to enter the building with a stroller because the interior is in complete disarray, with parcels scattered everywhere.
On a previous visit, I waited in a long queue for about 20 minutes. After showing my ID and waiting an additional 15 minutes, the employee told me he could not find my parcel and asked me to write down my phone number, saying they might contact me if it is found.
I am now running out of time to collect the parcel, and I work on the remaining days, so it will most likely be returned to the sender.
Someone should take responsibility for this branch, as the situation there is truly unacceptable.

Nice staff and professional service.
Today (15/04/26), I visited the Post Office (Potter Street) to resolve a mix-up with my daughter’s parcel. She had received an email stating it had been collected, but it hadn’t.
The lady was very helpful and took her time to sort it out, ensuring that her name was correct and locating the parcel.
She was both friendly and professional. Thank you.
