- MIMonika ImaApr 15, 20261.0Arrived at counter before 13:30 to send three return parcels. The staff member started closing (pulling blinds down) and refused to process all parcels, saying they might have other customers arriving. I was also told the branch closes 13:30–14:00, but this closure was not advertised online or at the branch. Even though I was already there before closing time I was refused help and the staff member engaged in discussion with me whether I could br served. I politely asked if I could leave at least one parcel with a postal barcode, and he agreed to accept only one, the other two parcels were refused. Very very poor customer service and lack of clear communication about opening hours.

I arrived around 13:40 to drop off a parcel, but the branch was closed despite online hours saying 09:00–17:30. When I politely mentioned this after waiting, the lady at the counter was rude and raised her voice instead of helping. Totally unacceptable behaviour. If staff don’t enjoy their work or dealing with customers, perhaps they should consider a different career. Management should update the opening hours and remind staff how to treat people respectfully.
- HEHelen ExleySep 7, 20251.0I knew the Indian lady in Theydon PO was tricky as I’d seen her behaviour towards other customers before. Yesterday I was one of those customers!!! She snatched my parcels through the glass opening and whilst she was putting the labels on we were having words about the fact she shouldn’t snatch, she then ripped the label off and told me her machine had broken and pulled down the blind !!!!! EXTREMELY RUDE & very unprofessional
- ZZZoeJul 11, 20241.0Disappointing service. Counter is closed at peak times of the day such as lunchtime, and the main member of staff is often on her phone so not giving proper help or attention, or is just surly and rude. If you can get to another branch easily, do it.
