Normally you go to the front when it’s gone last 5.30pm but they said no it’s closed at the front too! At least advertise it on the website clearly! Such part timers. And RUDE.

The old lady tell me PROVE that my Vinted account is MINE, otherwise, she didn't give my parcel. She told me CHANGE my Vinted account name that I can PROVE HER. She trained not well and the customer service by shouting conversation as an old seller isn't much impressed here. Well eh, I would avoid and use the other shipping options for my orders to avoid her. Please TRAIN your staff correctly. Thank you.

She couldn't be ruder or more unhelpful if she tried. Doesn't smile. Barks. Will do anything to make your day that little bit worse. Been borderline funny at times it's so bad. Had it every time I've gone it and watch the same interactions with all other customers whilst queuing.
