RUDE LADY STAFF.. if you wanna send any amazon return parcels through them confirm it fits in your arm then only go or they will say they don’t take it. I went to return an amazon parcel which was a speaker and already packed in its own box . And they showing a paper cover and asking me to put on it if it’s fit in only they will take .. seriously how can I take the speakers own package and put in a paper cover which doesn’t fit and will tear because of weight. I check with Amazon and they confirm post office need to collect my parcel doesn’t matter what the size is. They working on their own policies. And especially that lady if don’t know how to talk with the customers stay in home. Guys stay away from this place if you expecting a customer friendly staff.

Always helpful, yes parcels are in one area and that's because as we my not be home that means I can collect from Thaxted Post Office, thank goodness for that , just think I might have to go miles to get it. Plus it is coming up to Christmas so that's why there's a lot of parcels. As I say that goodness for Thaxted Post Office.
