I arrived at 17:50 and they refused to serve me saying as it is shut. This woman did not want to understand when I explained I come from far. I only wanted to make a simple cash deposit also.
- LBLucille BrowneAug 25, 20201.0Would give zero stars if I could, very rude customer service they never want to scan prepaid parcels, this is the 3rd time I’ve used them, I bought in a pre paid small parcel weighing less than 1 kg I had paid for 2kg more weight than I should have I was told that I hadn’t put the correct weight on and I should have just bought the parcel in and they would charge me, it’s always the same yet other local post offices never seem to have that problem, I won’t use them again very, very bad service, shop is very grubby looking
