You can now no longer post parcels over 60cm long there as they do not have the room to store them. How is this providing a service. This is not a reflection on the staff but the store is more interested in selling hot food than providing a service to the public. Because as I was told they have no room for parcels anymore because they have a kitchen now and apparently that’s more important.
- VSVito SApr 7, 20241.0Walked in at 1:30 PM the young lad said the Post Office till is closed for another 15-20min for a break. Understandable, I said ok, will come back later and thanked the lad. Came back 45m later, his middle aged lady colleague was very annoyed by me coming in and asking whether the post office till was open now, she replied “No. No it’s not open.” I asked when will it be open, and she says another at least 15 minutes. I said ok no problem. Came back another 20m later, she gives me the attitude for no reason and looks and treats me like I came to her house uninvited.. Smiled at her and wished her a lovely day 😀 “amazing” service.
