I come into the shop just to grab a few bits, Ruth was very helpful and gave great service when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. She is great at upselling and even prompt me into buying some duck eggs. I left a few brochures to leave with Ruth just in case anyone was interested, can’t fault Ruth, great customer service and always happy and smiling.
