She couldn’t be bothered to help me and said “you are too complicated and I’m not in the mood to deal with you”, when I was simply asking for information.

- APa personApr 12, 20263.0I’ve been using this for the past year and I would say it’s not great but the location is convenient so that’s why I’ve given it 3 stars. 1) there used to be a super rude old lady who used to shout at all the customers but I think after all the complaints she has either changed or left bc there is a somewhat pleasant old lady now but I can’t tell if it’s the same lady 2) lines are always unbelievably long and about 15+ ppl waiting - might be an idea to hire more workers to work at peak hours such as Saturday 3) lots of services which is good. I only use it to send pre paid Royal Mail and DPD parcels but it’s nice that they offer a lot of other services So in conclusion it’s a good idea but could be better executed by hiring more employees to work at peak hours (specifically Saturday)
