They were always friendly, helpful, and made sure everything got sorted. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. I came in to post an eBay parcel through Royal Mail and needed to print a shipping label. They have an instruction sheet for printing, but neither the Wi-Fi nor the Bluetooth printer was working. I spent around 15 minutes trying to connect without any success. I then asked the staff member on duty if she could check the printer. She said she had refreshed it, but it still didn't work. After wasting about 30 minutes and making two trips to the store, I had to leave without posting my parcel. It was a very frustrating start to my day. I even asked if they could print the label for me if I paid an extra charge, but I was simply told "no" without being offered any alternative or assistance. I'm genuinely disappointed because I also work in customer service, so I understand that things can go wrong. However, I felt there was very little effort made to help resolve the issue or find another solution. It's unfortunate because this is the nearest branch to my house, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be returning. I'm leaving this review not to criticise anyone personally, but to make others aware of the level of service I experienced.

While I was on a phone call, I didn't notice the amount on the card reader and simply tapped my phone to pay. After the payment, I realised I had been charged for the next-day tracked service instead of the normal service I had requested. I was disappointed that the service wasn't confirmed with me before taking payment. Customers should only be charged for the service they request, and the price should be made clear before payment is taken. In my case, I ended up paying more than expected without realising it at the time. I hope the staff are more careful in the future so other customers don't have the same experience.
