I would like to provide feedback regarding the poor customer service at your branch. I have experienced long wait times, unprofessional behavior from staff carrying drinks while serving, and a complete lack of assistance with heavy parcels. The rude attitude of the staff is unacceptable. Please take steps to improve your customer service immediately

I use this post office often to collect and post parcels and personally; I’ve always had good customer service.

Right, I only leave review when it has severely impacted me more than once.
1) If you happen to want to send a parcel between 5:15pm & 5:30pm, forget it, they lock up the shop 10 to 15 minuets early for the sole reason they just want to go home, very unprofessional
2) If a certain situation is too complex for them they will lie to you so they can get rid of you and not deal with the problem, lies along the lines of " It's not working on our systems here" "try another post office ".
If you want a good service, go to the post offices in Galleywood or Great Baddow, not here

Very rude and disgusting service. Customer service agent Tracy went crazy and threw back the envelope at me and threatened me never to come back to this post office again, I also had my one year old son with me. All because she accused me for jumping the queue, which I didn't. She doesn't deserve to work there.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
