Why say the post office is open and not have capable staff behind the counter that can manage the system? Makes absolutely no sense. Maybe train all staff so that they can provide customers with the service needed.

I Travelled a long distance to collect parcels and they said they are closed at 2pm!? On more than one occasion. Staff keep telling me they're untrained so can’t use the system. Clueless. Then why bother have a post office there then!!
