The lady was busy tidying envelopes , rather than jumping on to help clear the queues or rather the man asking her to help, she could then go back to this important task . When I finally arrived at the till there was no sorry to keep you waiting. This post office is definitely going down hill. Shut an hour early or open an hour late to get these jobs done. Don’t keep customer waiting for ages

It isn’t, it’s supposedly open till from 9:30 to 1pm but it was closed at 10am when I got there today with a sign saying be back in 20 min. . Speak to people like they are a bit on dirt and do not take complaints seriously and are happy to laugh in your face when you address a problem. This post office is a disgrace to Royal Mail and should be closed until they are able to get staff that know how to promote good customer service and uphold a certain standard. We were not the only customers to which were spoken to in this manner, the lady also spoke to an elderly woman with the same disrespect. I can only hope that this individual is dealt with in the appropriate manner or let go from her position.
