There is absolutely no guarantee it's either working, can't take Amazon parcels, system down, can't scan, etc and there is not any regard for parcels as it's chaos with them all over the place. The shop staff do their best, but that "older" woman is just rude with not an ounce of customer care! This is a vital service for many locals, but it certainly is not managed to its full potential. BEST GO TO GREAT BERRY POST OFFICE, NEVER AN ISSUE THERE đź‘Ś
