- SHSteve HarmsworthMar 31, 20261.0No stars if possible. Went round to here on the 12th March to send a recorded delivery with a postal order to the DVLA with a recorded delivery back to me with my personal documents inside so very simple you would think 😂. Not with this bunch of clown's they managed to print the postal order upside down which the DVLA obviously refused sending everything back to me, do the wrong postage amount which i later found out so it didn't go first recorded as intended and then when I went round to them to sort it all out they refused to take any responsibility and said I needed to go to the post office at 29 Town Square to sort out (who were brilliant by the way) and when I did 29 Town Square said they can do all this at their branch they just dont care and don't want to bother. All in all a great experience if you enjoy wasting £11 on doing the same Postal order twice and paying for postage which is wrong. Hope the branch gets shut down and your all made redundant.

- LDLaurel DannJun 30, 20231.0Checked opening times before arranging to pop in to be met with a closed sign and an employee who says they close between 3&4pm for school rush if theres 1 person there! It was 3.07pm There was no-one in the shop and the employee was sat outside the shop! So parents, dont arrange to tie the post office in with your school run and non -parents just be aware you wont get served at this time. I had got there a good 20 mins before my child is leaving school expecting to wait a while, so instead waited in my car and i have to waste more time travelling to another post office.
