Parcel at the depot, then 45 minutes later, no notification that it is out for delivery, but apparently they cannot 'access the property' even though I am home and have full view of the road. If you can't deliver it, just be honest, don't lie.

Probably the most unreliable delivery service going, with no interest in changing their ways, if it dont suit them, if i order anything and after ive purchased see dhl are the courier i know I'm in for problems, its the same story every time, and they dont care., highly frustrating.
Just to follow up the continually shocking service got through to DHL on the phone eventually on 18/19th gave them what3word reference so they could find me, fast forward to today 25th because they have done nothing the shipment its been in their depot longer than they are willing to hold it, they have sent it back to the seller, what a service.
The polite apologies are just for show on here and are empty with no attempt to actually solve the issue at hand 👎
