It feels like she hates both her job and people, so why is she even working in customer service??? Honestly, an absolute disaster! And this is the main post office in Basildon!

Stood in line for at least 15 minutes with just two staff on the counter. Staff was unable to scan my code then my code timed out and you can’t get internet in the store. Wasted journey and went elsewhere. Stated to staff service is ridiculous and left.

Once I got to an actual till I was informed that the Post Office didn't cash tickets, even though the Lottery Website said it did and the assistant never mentioned otherwise!
