I would like to say thank you to Shaheen for the exceptional service she provided during my visit
I was feeling nervous before coming in as I had a lot of items and letters that needed processing, but Shaheen was so kind and patient, taking the time to help me without making me feel rushed
She even assisted me with specific letters and making sure everything was sorted correctly !
This was my first time visiting this Post Office, I usually am not a fan, but today I had to go, but it certainly won’t be my last following today's visit !!
The level of customer service provided was amazing
Shaheen is a credit to your team, and I am very very very grateful for all of her help!!!!
Thank you again Shaheen!!!!! ❤️❤️

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I have received at Faircross Post Office over several visits.
As a mother of twins, I regularly visit this branch with a double buggy. In the past, Ankit was always very helpful and accommodating, which I appreciated greatly. However, since I previously raised concerns about the behaviour of the manager, Mr. Patel, there has been a noticeable change in how I am treated!
On my most recent visit, I explained politely that it would be difficult for me to manoeuvre my double buggy through the queue and asked if there was any way I could complete my parcels from the front area. Rather than listening to my concerns or offering an alternative solution, I was simply told to go around and queue! Moments later, I saw other customers being served with their parcels.
What was particularly upsetting was being left to struggle through a crowded queue with a large double buggy while other customers had to move aside. The branch has CCTV which would clearly show the difficulties I experienced. It also raises concerns about accessibility — if a wheelchair user had been in the same position, how would that have been handled?
I understand staff can be busy, and I never expect special treatment. However, basic courtesy and professionalism cost nothing. A simple explanation or offer to assist after a short wait would have been appreciated.
Unfortunately, the overall experience has left me feeling upset and unwelcome. I continue to use this branch because it is the most convenient location for me and my family, but I sincerely hope management reflects on how customers are treated and makes improvements to both customer service and accessibility.
