- DJDaniel JonesAug 9, 20261.0My parcel arrived here on its way to the final address never left and has been a month now I assume they lost it. This parcel had tracking and it hasn’t changed in a month
- VVVIClER99May 29, 20235.0My business franking machine broke, so I had to post an entire months worth of stock by hand at the post office. I was given a great amount of help by Tina and Louise at Thorngumbald post office when I came in with over 100 Letters/Parcels to send. Sat with them for about an hour whilst they sorted each part by hand. They did it with a smile and joviality which I hadn't seen at the other post offices in the area (which had actually turned me away when I walked in!) Very glad for these two, had a lovely conversation with them, and thought the whole situation rather funny, which made the miserable slog of posting all these parcels a lot more bearable for all of us involved. I will be coming back again (though hopefully not with 100 parcels next time).
