I’ve only ever been to a post office twice in my life, after how this blonde woman treated myself today, I’ll never return. She was blatantly rude. Saying she can refuse my pound coins and that she isn’t allowed to take coins. . Exchanging dirty looks toward me, I apologised to her as I’m not aware of the post office process and procedures. She was rolling her eyes the entire time all while I was being polite. If you’re so unhappy with your job, I’d recommend finding somewhere else to to work. The entire time her attitude absolutely stank. I am deeply disheartened by this experience and will not return. She should count herself lucky I didn’t lodge a formal complaint.
