He barely checks for items—spending only seconds looking before immediately saying, “It’s not here,” even when I show clear proof of delivery. He then asks unnecessary questions about the parcel size instead of properly searching. On one occasion, I refused to leave, and only then did he actually check—my parcel was there the entire time. What’s worse is that I witnessed the exact same situation happen to other customers today, who were turned away and told to come back another day. This is not a one-off incident but a recurring issue. The lack of effort and dismissive attitude are unacceptable and need to be addressed.
- RCRyan Roy Dela CruzApr 9, 20265.0i always send and collect parcels here. and the staffs are amazing coz they recognize me. they dont even ask my name. as long as they see me coming. my parcel to be collected is already prepared. sometimes when im on the queue, i feel so valued. i can get my parcel by just looking at them. i dont know if they're pakistani or indian staffs. but cheers to them. good job

Needed to return a parcel and send two others plus get Christmas stamps! Two staff serving. Very helpful gentleman served us very quickly! Thank you very much.

To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:
*The cheque
*A completed deposit slip from your bank, if applicable. Please contact your bank to request paying-in slips as these are not held in Post Office branches
*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)
Please do not enclose cash. Full instructions can be found on the cheque deposit envelope.
Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
