- LLLeylaJul 28, 20261.0I visited this post office a few days ago, and I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. He spoke to me in an arrogant and unfriendly manner, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I also felt that I was treated unfairly because of my background. This is the closest post office to my home, so it’s frustrating to have this kind of service. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously and treats everyone with respect.
- GFGod FatherJul 28, 20261.0I had a very upsetting experience at this Post Office ⚠️ The manager accused me of stealing the envelope and told me I had to pay an extra £2.98. I showed him my receipt, but he still insisted that I had stolen the envelope. I asked him to check the CCTV footage. At first, he only showed me part of the video. When he watched the full recording, he realised that I had put the envelope back where it belonged and that I had not stolen anything. After he realised his mistake and understood that he had wrongly accused me, he returned the money to me in coins. I then asked him to apologise for accusing me of theft. He eventually apologised, saying “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry,” but his apology was given very reluctantly. Throughout the entire situation, the way he spoke to me was extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. His attitude was very dismissive and he spoke to me as if I was the one who had done something wrong, even though I had done nothing wrong. Even after I provided proof, I was wrongly accused of stealing the envelope. Being treated like a criminal when I had done nothing wrong was extremely upsetting. The stress of the situation caused me chest pain and severe muscle tension. I am very disappointed by the way I was treated. In my opinion, the manager’s behaviour was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. This whole situation was extremely upsetting, and it is very disappointing that I had to go through this experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Post Office.❌

- AJA JolietJul 18, 20261.0🔴The member of staff at this post office always seems friendly and smiles, but he gets irritated very quickly if you ask more than one question‼️ I understand that the job can be stressful, but good customer service requires patience and professionalism. If the workload is too much for one person, perhaps it would be a good idea to assign another member of staff to help.
