- HHhampdenhomeAug 8, 20261.0Only left 1 star as I can't leave a zero. Went in knowing which postal service I needed and he took it upon himself to upsell to something I certainly didn't. This happened once before and just let it go but after reading other reviews I can now see that the owner wants to sell you something that will obviously financially benifit himself. I found him rude and unhelpful. Will never set foot in this Post Office again. He might benifit from a course in anger management or customer service.

I took a parcel which said I did not require a label - I brought the label just in case - he said it did require label but instead of helping he shouted at me to find and buy cellotape on the shop floor somewhere - he watched as I struggled to attach my label - I asked if he had any manners as he spoke to me like an idiot in front of a queue of people - his attitude then changed - too little too late - this man was aggressive ! I wished I had taken the parcel somewhere else ! Netherlee Post Office you should be ashamed ! Customer Service ZERO
