He ido aqui por necesidad de enviar unos paquetes a Canarias, España.
Primeramente una vez finalizada la colocación de los bienes que necesitaba enviar en su correspondiente caja, el precio que me dijo el chico y de la lista de precios no eran igual, me salió a 20 £ más de lo hablado antes.
El chico me dijo que quizás el país de destino podría cobrar algunas tasas, en lo que estuve de acuerdo, pero resultó que, una vez en aduanas, han llamado a la persona que lo recibiria, explicando que si era por retorno, me deberían cobrar unas 30 euros.. MAl( pero entendible respecto quque siempree hay algo,) pero a esto habría que añadirle la baja en el consulado de Inglaterra y copias de los pasajes a Canarias, cosa que yo no tenía ya que volvería a Inglaterra y no iba de viaje a canarias, sino a otro destinó,, por lo cual me tocó pagar 95 libras esterlinas para enviar un paquete por consumo personal ya que no podía de mostrar nada,
No pido que no aplican estas tarifas, pero si lo hubiera sabido con tiempo, no hacia estos envíos. Muy mala gestión, es igual que mentir al cliente.
Ni les importa y son unos sin vergüenza.

If there is no one available to accept the parcel, our DHL Express courier will usually leave a calling card at the address informing the receiver that they have tried to deliver a parcel. The receiver can then either collect the parcel from their local DHL Express Service Point or arrange another delivery. If they arrange another delivery, this can be to an alternative address.
