Incompetent staff, horrible attitude, take your money without delivering the service you've paid for, then accuse you of trying to get something without paying for it. Last year I paid over £40 to send a pile of recorded delivery letters. After paying I was told I would get no receipt as their machine was not working. Of course I was not told before paying, and was refused a refund, so I had no way of tracking these documents, or proving they were posted, but this post office were keping my £40 odds. Today I have another pile of important recorded delivery letters to be sent, so I went there in advance to get the stickers, so I could video the documents going into those envelopes with the stickers on them as proof the documents were served. I would then have returned to the post office to post them. This was refused and they said they could not give me stickers away and that I was trying to get something for nothing. How much do 8 stickers cost, maybe 2p at most? Remember they have already had over £40 of my money without delivering the service for that money. I am assured by Google AI that a Post Office very much can give you these stickers away with you, and they are only activated when they are scanned into the Post Office system.

I was posting a parcel to Canada and didn't realise I should have completed a customs form online. The new owner was happy to take time to help me complete it at the Post Office counter and said that it was no trouble. I've been a customer for many years and had given up on trying to use the Post Office here, as it was always closed and the previous owner was very rude. So glad I decided to try it one more time. I will certainly be back and will be using the shop much more frequently now.

He is rude and never smiles but I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt as we can all have bad days. The final straw was on Friday when my daughter arrived there at 4.45 and he told her the post office was closed and when she said it’s not 5 he bluntly said we’re closed. I then went and took my daughter to Bearsden cross, thinking we would be too late but thankfully the guys there couldn’t have been more helpful and dealt with my daughters postal returns without bother. I am surprised the Spey road post office is still open with the attitude of the guy in the shop. Will not be returning here .
