Incompetent staff, horrible attitude, take your money without delivering the service you've paid for, then accuse you of trying to get something without paying for it. Last year I paid over £40 to send a pile of recorded delivery letters. After paying I was told I would get no receipt as their machine was not working. Of course I was not told before paying, and was refused a refund, so I had no way of tracking these documents, or proving they were posted, but this post office were keping my £40 odds. Today I have another pile of important recorded delivery letters to be sent, so I went there in advance to get the stickers, so I could video the documents going into those envelopes with the stickers on them as proof the documents were served. I would then have returned to the post office to post them. This was refused and they said they could not give me stickers away and that I was trying to get something for nothing. How much do 8 stickers cost, maybe 2p at most? Remember they have already had over £40 of my money without delivering the service for that money. I am assured by Google AI that a Post Office very much can give you these stickers away with you, and they are only activated when they are scanned into the Post Office system.
