    Never seen more than one person working behind the counter so queues can be terrible. Some of the staff are quite surly and seem like they don't want to be there.

    Refuse to use it. The staff are rude especially the man in his 40s-50s. Would rather go to the PO in Londis.Lo vely staff there.

    Rudest staff member I have ever experienced. Visited today 29/9/2020 to return a parcel and the man behind the counter (who I believe may be the owner named Raj) gave the worst service I have ever experienced. He didn’t even say a word to me the whole transaction, merely pointed at the parcel for me to give him it and then flung the receipt back at me. Don’t give them the business. Appalling.
