Ordered a parcel from JustMyLook, chose click and collect and the order receipt stated DPD pickup. See the attached photos for evidence. The woman at the counter started to claim that I had ordered it incorrectly and that she won't let the parcel go because it belongs to the post office despite me having ID, evidence of me ordering it, and evidence of me ordering it correctly to the pick up point which I clearly showed her. She finally said she would release the parcel to me but only on the basis that I admit that I "ordered it incorrectly". I told her I did not order it incorrectly, as I had evidence that I had selected the address as a pickup point and that it was a DPD parcel collection as you can see from the photos. She refused to release the parcel to me unless I begged for it and "admitted to being wrong". She was incredibly rude and condescending for the ten minutes that I had the displeasure of existing in front of her. She then stated that since she lived at the address of the post office, the parcel technically belongs to her so she doesn't have to give it to me. This is an incredibly strange thing to say, as I had clear evidence that the parcel belonged to me and she could not even clearly articulate what the issue with the parcel was or why she was unable to release it beyond stating that I had "ordered it incorrectly" despite me showing her the clear evidence (again, photos attached) that I did not. I will not order to this pick up point again, they tried to steal my parcel and wasted my time. Unhinged woman
