Very unprofessional service from the lady. It was clearly written on my envelope that no stamp is required. But she asked money to send the envelope. I pointed out the envelope and showed her that I do not need to pay. She got confused and refused. She wanted to keep the envelope until Monday when the main office opens. As I didn't have much time I took the envelope back and went to another post office and sent without paying a single penny.
