- DSdanielle SmithJan 3, 20261.0I genuinely don’t understand how this place is allowed to operate as a post office. The opening hours are pathetic and the services they claim to offer clearly depend on how much the staff can be bothered that day. I was told they accept prepaid Parcelforce parcels, so I carried in a heavy 12kg parcel myself. The staff member, slapping chewing gum around his mouth and offering zero basic manners, couldn’t even speak—just lazily nodded at the scales. After weighing it, he then decided he “couldn’t take it” and told me to come back in two days because they don’t do weekend collections. He then refused to scan the parcel, claiming it wasn’t “safe” to leave it there, despite advertising that they accept these parcels. When I explained I was going on holiday, he simply repeated that he wouldn’t scan it. By that point it was too late to get to another post office before closing. Completely incompetent, obstructive, and rude. If handling parcels is too much effort, don’t open a post office. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
