- JTJanis TrehearnDec 6, 20252.0Staff are good except for the older Asian man who I think maybe the Manager, his attitude is awful. When I complained one of my parcels had gone to the wrong address, he began shouting at me and saying it was my fault, when in fact, when I found out the delivery had gone astray I was adamant it was the young girl, she didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. Because of his attitude I never recovered the parcel and was £59 out of pocket. Swore I would never use it again and never have.
